Code of Conduct
The Open Works code of conduct is meant to govern acceptable behavior by members of the Open Works community.
Membership Agreement (sample copy)
The Open Works Membership Agreement is updated on an Annual basis. Membership sign up must be done in person with the front desk team.

Membership Directory
The Membership Directory helps direct those looking to hire local makers from our community to businesses offering the services they need, or those looking to purchase from small businesses.
Membership Termination and Adjustment
With this form you can:
- Terminate a subscription service
- Revise group membership list
- Change pro membership sliding scale contribution rate
- Pause pro membership for up to 90 days
Members may terminate Membership, Storage or Studios by completing the Membership Termination Request form by end of day, 4 days before the new month begins.
Please note: Member storage rentals are available only to Open Works monthly members and resident members. If you cancel your monthly membership, your member storage will be canceled also.
Members will need to pay the $25 enrollment fee when restarting pro membership after cancellation.
