Baltimore Sewn Trades Training Program
Application are now open for the Baltimore Sewn Trades Training Program until Feb 6.
Moms Makers Academy is a premier entrepreneurship and makers academy designed to help YOU launch your makers business! Classes are every Monday and Wednesday starting March 6, 2023 until April 29, 2023 from 6 pm- 9 pm.
Wood Shop closed 2/22–2/24 for maintenance.
Looking for a Class?
We offer a wide variety of classes for young people, adults, and seniors throughout the year. As COVID-19 impacted our ability to offer in-person instruction, we have adapted by adding virtual and hybrid options. In-person Shop Safety classes returning July 1!

Membership at Open Works gives you access to 34,000 S.F. of equipment, including 7 workshops and a computer lab. With loading dock access, free parking, and a central location, we make it easy for you to make! If you want to check it out for yourself, sign up for community orientation. You’ll get a great tour of the building and it’s the first step towards membership!
